A core and shell renovation along with new interiors to an existing building was constructed to accommodate a 24+1 station dialysis clinic with hemo-therapy dialysis training rooms along with water treatment and new private offices. The core and shell upgrades included a complete seismic upgrade, a new roof, windows and exterior doors. A renovation of the parking garage, new 800-amp 3 phase electrical services. 2” domestic water service and painting of the exterior completed the scope.
