Project Manager

As a Project Manager with Morris Construction, you’ll provide leadership for dedicated teams of construction professionals through every phase of projects. A Project Manager coordinates and supervises each aspect, from plans to completion, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, with exceptional safety and quality. You’ll oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, general supervision and client and labor relations, while promoting our distinctive company culture and developing other team members. As a Project Manager with Morris Construction, you’ll be right in the middle of the company, uniquely positioned to promote our Mission Statement of Building Better Together.

Project Superintendent

As a Project Superintendent with Morris Construction, you’ll work at the leading edge of our construction efforts, supported by a dedicated project team and backed by an organization that understands how critical your role is to our success. You’ll be responsible for the supervision, organization, planning, safety, scheduling and physical execution of the work in the field. You’ll be engaged with our unique culture, and have the opportunity of living out our Mission of Building Better Together, while working on diverse projects throughout southern California.

Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer with Morris Construction, you’ll be a critical member of project teams ensuring that the administrative and technical aspects each construction project are executed as required by the contract. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Project Owners to facilitate RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders, acting as a trusted technical and relational bridge between project stakeholders. Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator with Morris Construction, you’ll be a valued member of each project team providing administrative support and document management while working closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Superintendent, project owners and Subcontractors. You’ll work to ensure that critical document workflow, contract documents and compliance requirements are maintained, assuring that the administrative side of each project keeps pace with the field. Your support of each project team will make an important contribution towards the Morris Mission of Building Better Together.
