A dynamic and connected leader, Chris oversees every aspect of Morris, Inc., including personnel recruitment and motivation, and long-term client relationship development. His impressive career has included automotive, healthcare, hospitality, residential, retail, office, industrial and biotech projects.
Chris has started and operated firms and projects in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. His strengths include project programming, design coordination, entitlements, estimating, operations, and business development.

With over 30 years of successful project experience and a background in both civil engineering and construction management, Jan leads the pre-construction and estimating efforts at Morris Inc. A particularly keen sense for problem solving and natural zeal for collaboration make Jan a consummate Pre-construction Director and team leader. She is involved in every aspect of the pre-construction efforts including cost estimating, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability, and has a close partnership with the design team.
Jan embodies our belief that we build better together and goes above and beyond to ensure a transparent and collaborative team environment for all stakeholders.

As Vice President of Finance for Morris Inc., Frank reports directly to our President and serves as an integral member of the senior management team and advisory board. Frank is responsible for the implementation of our financial strategy, maximizing and stewarding earnings, and developing internal structure for future growth. In addition to responsibility for the financial components of the organization, he acts as our utility executive who develops and implements all internal policies and procedures, facilitates the IT, HR and administrative functions, and curates our culture, corporate values, and strategic initiatives.
Frank has over 35 years of experience in providing financial leadership to thriving organizations of various sizes, including 14 years in the construction industry. Previous financial roles have included Division Controller, Controller, Vice President and Finance Manager. This lifetime of experience provides a depth of knowledge and insight which serves as the firm foundation for Morris Construction’s conservative financial strength. In addition to his accounting acumen, Frank is a gifted communicator who effectively translates financial data into actionable information that benefits Morris Construction by empowering stakeholders at every level of the organization.
As the longest tenured Morris team member, Frank provides a backbone of stability and high level of integrity to all that we do.

As Vice President of Operations, Louie’s 20 years of expertise and strong grasp of project objectives allows him to provide valuable direction in both the preconstruction and construction phase. He ensures our team delivers on all project goals. His leadership and operational skills are critical to providing effective guidance for the project team. He brings a diverse background in project types including multifamily, institutional, hospitality and healthcare.
In addition to his experience in commercial construction, Louie has spent time working in development where he led project entitlements, design, and construction management from the Owner’s side; this involvement gives him a unique perspective on how he leads Morris’ operations.
Louie is committed to remaining visible and accessible throughout the entire life cycle of the project.
