We had excellent experience working with Morris Construction on our Glendale PACE project. I’ve had the good fortune to work with Bryan Nelson from Morris-USA on a previous dealership project, so I knew going in it “could be” a smooth project. He understands what we expect from the architects and subs and will question an application even before we get to it. His ability to adapt to dealership operational needs during a project makes it easier for an Owner’s PM to get the buy-in from staff with all the disruption going on around them. When questioning the cost/impact of changes, he looks for solutions to satisfy the owner and subs alike. It makes for a very satisfying hand-off at the end. I’ll say it again, I wish all my projects were this smooth.

Well, as anyone who has ever done a full building remodel knows, unknowns can cause nightmares! Our Lexus project had plenty, but the Morris Team applied field experience and a fair amount of creativity when we needed it to keep the project moving forward. Complicated by an extremely small site to work with, Morris-USA was key in adapting our multi-level temporary facilities around the daily operating needs, allowing the Lexus team to continue virtually uninterrupted for a year! Delayed, but Well Done in the end.

Working relationship with Morris has been great really appreciate how Donnie stayed on top of the design changes and their implementation with our superintendent Kevin Wicket.
