This project involved the renovation of two seven-story dormitory towers at Vanguard University, featuring comprehensive exterior upgrades and interior improvements throughout the facilities. The scope included the renovation of student dormitory rooms and common areas, as well as enhancements to the student lobby, creating updated, functional, and welcoming residential spaces.
