Renovation of the first floor to an existing 5 story engineering unit 3 building. The scope of work included removal of all content in existing space and all work required to create four new rooms (control room, mechanical room, and two microscope rooms - Glacios Cryo TEM & Joel TEM installations). Finish walls, floors and ceilings; ventilation and duct work; and anchorage. Microscope rooms to receive shielding, acoustical and vibration treatment required per plans. Exterior HVAC enclosure built which added 450 SF to the existing building footprint.
