This project involved the tenant improvement of approximately 12,889 square feet. The scope included the construction of a new IVF clinic featuring clinical spaces such as exam and transfer rooms, operating rooms, and PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) areas, as well as recovery and pre-operative spaces. In addition, the clinic includes an andrology lab and a fully equipped IVF laboratory.
