This project was completed in Northern California, near Oakland in Pittsburg. Ground up construction including shell and core plus full interior buildout. This state of the art one story medical facility is 11,225 SF and was completed in Winter 2023. Full scope of work included civil, landscape, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
