This 7,250 SF surgery center in Los Angeles included pre op, post op, two operating rooms, full MEP systems and new emergency generator and VPS battery backup system. Project included all fire life safety systems and low voltage communication and signal systems. All MEP systems are connected to a building management system for increased energy conservation. Emergency generator system was enclosed in a CMU enclosure with security gates and roof system.
