This interior build-out, once a traditional office space, was converted into creative office suites adding an industrial feel to the design. With exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, exposed utilities and floating light fixtures in the common areas, giving this design the open feel it deserves. Private offices and conference rooms were made of full height glass systems, custom lighting, acoustical ceilings & high-end carpeting.
