This project spans 36,000 SF with a 643 SF NVD addition. The scope includes demo of existing non-structural elements in the existing offices, showroom, lounge, etc. We also installed a new HVAC split system with modified condenser unit platforms on the existing PT deck. We also added all new interior finishes including tile flooring, custom millwork, tegular ACT, and more. Finally, the sitework included new EV charging stations and ADA upgrades.
