This project involved the complete remodel and repurposing of an existing 54,600-square-foot office building into a full-service automotive dealership in Fresno, California. The transformation included a new showroom, service shop, and the addition of a 1,517-square-foot car wash building. The scope encompassed extensive interior and exterior renovations, structural and architectural upgrades, and comprehensive site improvements. From demolition and paving to high-end finishes, building systems, and specialty automotive features, the project delivers a modern, efficient dealership environment designed to enhance operations, elevate customer experience, and support long-term performance.
