New +193,465 sf of beverage industrial warehouse space to be fully air-conditioned and related site work. including new +11,514 sf of mezzanine main office, warehouse accessory tenant improvement areas and truck wash. exterior building is composed of concrete tilt-up panels.  This includes one (1) new trash enclosure and site work with new site lighting and landscaping/irrigation. The main warehouse is for storage of pre-packaged, non-alcoholic beverages, with storage racking.

80,000 s.f. expansion to existing beverage production line facility and storage.

Project 3

20,000 s.f. of tenant improvement on 2nd floor mezzanine above existing 1st floor operations. 

This facility was designed to produce chicken food products for retail distribution. It included all aspects of meat processing, packaging, and freezing. The cold-storage areas featured multiple temperature zones and dedicated freezing rooms. Delivered as a Design-Build project, the contract required the contractor to procure and install all process equipment and automation lines.

This food production facility was designed and constructed to manufacture a wide variety of food products, including seasonings, hot sauces, salsa, popcorn, and seasoned nuts. The project featured a concrete tilt-up building with production lines, packaging systems, and a distribution hub.
