This ground up project is located on a nine-acre site. We started with excavation and site work upgrades to accommodate a two-story showroom and service building. Related site work scope included CMU walls, curbs & gutters, sidewalks, asphalt paving structural steel and landscaping. Underground utilities, new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems completed the infrastructure to the buildings. Custom ACM panels finished off the exterior skin. The interior finishes included a glazing system, hard lid ceilings including soffits, tile, mill-work & acoustical panels to service bays to complete this all inclusive automobile experience.
