Morris completed two projects for Davita in Albuquerque, NM and Twin Falls, ID. Both projects were ground up construction completing the shell and core along with a full interior build out. Each building was one story ranging from 8,500 sf to 9,600 sf and included water treatment rooms, clean storage, Biomed areas, blood borne isolation areas, nurses’ stations, lounge areas, conference rooms, administration spaces and home training centers.
