This project invloved tenant improvements for a space of approximately 7,422 square feet, situated on the third floor of an existing four-story office building. The space was renovated to accommodate multi-specialty doctor's office. Additionally, the project included updates to the HVAC system and the installation of two new procedure rooms, 11 exam rooms, and one X-Ray room.
