Three phases of tenant improvements to a 300,000 SF shell warehouse on an 18-acre site, including new employee welfare and office areas, expanded electrical and fire pump rooms, added dock levelers, and comprehensive upgrades to MEP and power systems. Scope also includes installation of cooling towers, compressor systems, injection molding equipment, multiple 25-ton bridge cranes with foundations, emergency generator, underground high-voltage distribution, and a material silo with foundations.
