Completed Fall of 2023. Ground up construction of a brand-new 118,394 square foot automotive center with one of the largest service facilities in Southern California, housing over 85 service stalls. This two-story structure was built using a post tension concrete deck with a roof level parking structure. Designed to meet the modern BMW USA updated image program while complying with the design requirements and guidelines from the City of Carlsbad.
