I’ve had the good fortune to work with Bryan Nelson from Morris-USA on a previous dealership project, so I knew going in it “could be” a smooth project. He understands what we expect from the architects and subs and will question an application even before we get to it. His ability to adapt to dealership operational needs during a project makes it easier for an Owner’s PM to get the buy-in from staff with all the disruption going on around them. When questioning the cost/impact of changes, he looks for solutions to satisfy the owner and subs alike. It makes for a very satisfying hand-off at the end. I’ll say it again, I wish all my projects were this smooth.
